Privacy policy

QUTE is a free order-pickup (“non-pager”) system for restaurants, provided by BITZEAL. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

• Account. When a restaurant owner signs up, we store the email address used for the account. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored by BITZEAL in readable form.
• Restaurant data. The restaurant names and settings you create in the app.
• Order numbers. The pickup numbers shown on the displays are not personal data and are not linked to any individual person.

How we use it

We use this information solely to provide the QUTE service: to sign you in, let you manage your restaurants, and show pickup numbers to staff and guests. The public guest display shows only order numbers — no personal information.

Service providers

We use Google Firebase for authentication and Cloudflare for hosting and data storage. These providers process data on our behalf.

We never sell your data

BITZEAL does not sell your personal information or use it to track the activity of individual users.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. To delete your account and its associated data, please contact us.
